Nilufar Hossain is an Investment Manager and Legal Counsel at Omni Bridgeway responsible for leading the company’s international arbitration initiatives in the United States.

Nilufar joined Omni Bridgeway’s New York office in 2019, bringing over a decade of private practice and in-house experience to our in-house legal team. Now based in the company’s San Francisco office, she helps law firms, commercial litigants, and claimants obtain non-recourse funding for disputes arising under US or international law. Immediately prior to joining Omni Bridgeway, Nilufar was Acting General Counsel for Prakti, an engineering startup.

Nilufar serves as the Secretary to the US Sub-Committee for Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge.
