Biography
Priya Pai is Legal Counsel in Bentham’s San Francisco office, where she oversees due diligence on potential investments and provides legal advice on matters of US law.
Prior to joining the Bentham team, Priya was a litigator in Latham & Watkins’ San Francisco office and earlier Kirkland & Ellis’ Chicago office. Priya’s practice focused on complex commercial litigation, including representing both plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust, intellectual property, breach of contract, employment, and white collar matters.
Priya received her J.D. with Honors from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. from Duke University.
