IMF's new client PORTAL is a secure online tool for IMF’s clients to be able to view important notifications, download IMF's conflicts policy and other key documents relating to their action(s) being funded by IMF, and update their password and contact details.
In the near future, IMF intends to expand the PORTAL to allow clients to review and return correspondence relating to their claim. The PORTAL will provide a more streamlined experience for clients.
Registration simply requires an email address and only needs to be done once. Following registration, the PORTAL will be open for clients to use every day of the year.
The PORTAL can be found with any web browser at www.imf.com.au/portal at work, at home or on your iPad. Staying in touch with IMF has never been easier!

IMF does not keep historic updates or confidential information for public viewing. However, past updates will soon become available from the PORTAL within your registration. Other future plans for the PORTAL include showing relevant claim information, maintaining subscriptions to our Newsletter, and notifications of company announcements.
